Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects, present our services, and effectively communicate the value propositions tailored to their business needs.
  • Sales Conversion: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into clients by offering suitable solutions.
  • Service Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all services offered, including product photography, videography, graphic design, eCommerce portal management, digital media, and performance marketing, to confidently address client inquiries.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide market feedback to the management team.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections for review by senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Bachelor Degree with the zeal of working in this segment.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.


  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence decision- making and close deals effectively.


  • Confidence: High level of confidence in interacting with clients and presenting to diverse audiences.

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital media services, including photography, videography, graphic design, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong logical and analytical thinking abilities to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
