You are a passionate and energetic individual with a keen interest in driving sales and growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the expansion of our agency's market presence. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to propel agency growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, conducting market research to uncover trends and opportunities, collaborating with creative and strategy teams to create compelling pitches, assisting in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies, representing the agency at industry events and networking opportunities, and providing regular reports on sales activities and progress. To excel in this role, you should possess a passion for sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation with a results-driven mindset, the ability to work effectively in a team setting, a basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles, preferably as a recent graduate or with 0-2 years of experience in a related field, and a strong desire to learn and advance within the industry.
