Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, leading generation efforts, managing client accounts, and developing effective communication strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying business prospects, establishing client relationships, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities via email, LinkedIn, bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), and cold outreach.

* Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.

* Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.

* Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement.

* Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics using CRM tools.

* Participate in client meetings, calls, and negotiations to close deals.

* Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.

* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

* Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, etc.

* Experience with lead generation tools and bidding platforms.

* Good knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

* Ability to think strategically and analyze sales data.

* Goal-oriented with a proactive, self-driven attitude.


Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

* Experience in international business development or outsourcing sales.

* Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.

* Prior work experience in an IT services company or digital agency.
