Business Development Executive – Inbound Leads (Investments & Franchise)

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2–5 Years

Brundavan Dairy Farms and V-Rich Natural Products

We offer structured dairy investment schemes under Brundavan Dairy Farms and are actively expanding the V-Rich franchise network across India.

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-centric Business Development Executive to convert inbound leads into investors and franchise partners.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management & Conversion


  • Handle inbound investor and franchise inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email with clarity and persuasive communication.
  • Present the value proposition of Brundavan Dairy Farms’ Investment Schemes and V-Rich Franchise Opportunities effectively.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sign-ups, ensuring a clear understanding of terms, processes, and benefits.


Customer Relationship Management


  • Build trust and long-term relationships with investors and franchise prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records, including lead stages, communication history, and conversion progress.


Collaboration & Coordination


  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding of investors and franchise partners.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to provide precise information on franchise requirements and investment documentation.


Performance & Reporting


  • Track and report key metrics such as lead-to-conversion ratio, follow-up efficiency, and conversion value.
  • Share regular insights, trends, and feedback to enhance lead quality and pitch effectiveness.


Requirements


  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, investment products, franchise sales, or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Strong ability to present solutions and confidently handle customer objections.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred but not mandatory).
