Business Development Executive

Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a daily cadence of emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls, ensuring timely follow‑up for all leads and recording activities in the CRM.
• Understand influencer‑marketing concepts, common campaign formats and platform trends so you can answer preliminary questions and position our services accurately.
• Provide quick, high‑level recommendations on call or via email/WhatsApp (for example, which type of influencers or content formats might suit a brand’s objectives) and flag more complex queries to the closer.
• Prepare and customise presentations and one‑pagers using company templates; ensure decks are visually appealing and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
• Gather and update prospect information—budgets, campaign goals, decision‑makers—so the closer has complete context for meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain case studies, influencer data or creative assets needed to nurture leads.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years in sales support, tele‑sales or business development, ideally in digital marketing or advertising.
• Working knowledge of influencer‑marketing platforms, campaign types and metrics.
• Clear and confident communication skills; able to quickly grasp client needs and provide initial solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides); strong sense of aesthetics in slide creation.
• Highly organised, disciplined and comfortable handling a high volume of outreach tasks each day
