Purpose: Convert engaged prospects into paying clients by leading discovery calls, providing strategic influencer‑marketing solutions and closing contracts. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand brand goals and recommend suitable influencer‑marketing strategies on the spot. Develop customised proposals, budgets and campaign ideas during or immediately after conversations, drawing on deep knowledge of influencer trends and past success stories. Collaborate with the outreach specialist to ensure that presentations and sales decks are polished, on‑brand and tailored to each prospect. Present proposals, handle objections and negotiate terms to close 10-12 Deals monthly. Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers; continuously gather and record crucial information about brands’ evolving needs. Provide guidance and feedback to the outreach specialist and coordinate with internal teams to improve lead qualification, messaging and presentation quality. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in Influencer marketing, business development, preferably in influencer marketing, digital media or advertising. Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, campaign formats, platform algorithms and performance metrics. Ability to think strategically and offer instant solutions tailored to a brand’s objectives during live calls. Demonstrated success in building and delivering visually compelling presentations; strong storytelling and pitching skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing full sales cycles from discovery to contract closure. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; adept at building rapport and trust quickly.
