We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager who will manage influencer-driven campaigns for top brands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify relevant creators based on brand requirements (regional, niche, lifestyle, comedy, finance, etc.).

• Reach out, build relationships, and negotiate with influencers and agencies.

• Prepare influencer shortlists, rate sheets, and approval decks.

• Coordinate with influencers on content briefs, concept planning, and execution timelines.

• Ensure content deliverables are completed as per campaign goals.

• Onboard influencers at scale for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

• Maintain strong partnerships with influencer agencies and talent managers.

• Track performance, evaluate influencer ROI, and maintain campaign reports.

• Act as the primary communication link between brands, influencers, and internal teams.

Skills & Requirements

✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing/creator management

✔ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

✔ Knowledge of creator categories, pricing trends & digital content

✔ Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of influencers

✔ Excellent coordination, follow-up, and documentation abilities

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment
