Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Solutions Manager (Content Strategist) to join our growing sales team. This is not a hardcore sales role — instead, it’s a strategic, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with sales team and brands to understand their needs and translate them into impactful influencer marketing solutions.


You’ll collaborate with our Business Sales Executives (who handle outreach & follow-ups) to ensure that every brand conversation turns into a tailored, creative, and executable strategy. Which our sales team will follow up and close



🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Join scheduled client meetings (post-lead qualification) to understand brand requirements, objectives, and challenges.

• Translate client briefs into influencer marketing solutions, with clear strategy, content ideas, and category recommendations.

• Work with the internal team to design creative concepts, campaign structures, and influencer shortlists.

• Prepare presentations, decks, and proposals that clearly communicate campaign strategy and deliverables.

• Collaborate with Business Sales Executives to ensure smooth handoff between lead generation, strategy, and sales follow-ups.

• Maintain strong knowledge of influencer categories (macro, micro, regional, niche) and digital marketing trends.

• Serve as the bridge between brands and internal execution teams, ensuring alignment from brief to execution.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to continuously evolve influencer content strategy and solutions.



🎯 Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and influencer categories.

• Ability to convert brand briefs into actionable campaign strategies.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills (client-facing).

• Strong storytelling ability in proposal writing and deck creation.

• Creative thinker with a business mindset — can balance brand needs with influencer possibilities.

• Collaborative team player who can work closely with sales, strategy, and execution teams.
