About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, ambitious individual who wants to build a strong career in influencer marketing. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role where you will work directly on multiple client projects, assist the core team in planning, outreach, execution, and learn the complete cycle of influencer marketing from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Research & Outreach: Scout relevant influencers across categories, build daily lists (daily approx. 50+ influencers), and manage mass outreach.

• Campaign Execution: Work with creators on briefs, scripts, timelines, and ensure smooth execution across multiple campaigns.

• Negotiation & Coordination: Handle influencer negotiations, coordination, and onboarding processes.

• Content Analysis: Spend at least 2 hours daily reviewing Instagram/TikTok/YouTube content to identify trends, hooks, and formats that drive performance.

• Proposal Support: Assist the team in preparing influencer marketing plans, including shortlisting, outreach, and budgets.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on latest influencer trends, viral content, and category-specific movements.

• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain outreach sheets, update negotiation status, and assist in campaign reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–6 months of prior experience or internship in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.

• Strong passion for influencer content, trends, and social media platforms.

• High energy, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).

• Analytical eye for content hooks, trends, and formats.

• A “generalist” mindset – willing to learn and contribute across outreach, negotiation, execution, and trend research.
