Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Identify, reach out to, and build strong relationships with influencers across regions
• Plan, negotiate, and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns
• Create influencer briefs, scripts, storyboards, and creative angles
• Review creator content, ensure quality, and provide clear, actionable feedback

Content & Social Media Management

• Create and manage monthly content calendars for Shaper Peach
• Plan and execute in-house content such as street interviews, office videos, UGC-style content, and brand storytelling
• Assist in product shoots and coordinate with agencies and video editors
• Track Instagram growth, engagement, and performance metrics
• Manage community engagement through DMs, comments, and audience interactions

Strategy & Execution

• Brainstorm content ideas and growth strategies directly with the founders
• Conduct competitor research and identify emerging content formats
• Support product launches with influencer campaigns, content plans, and creative strategy

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels trends, short-form content, and the influencer ecosystem
• Creative mindset with solid communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable with fast-paced execution and taking full ownership
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with beauty, fashion, or D2C brands is a plus
