Job Summary

As a Client Service Manager (Post-Onboarding), you will oversee end-to-end campaign

delivery, ensuring client objectives are met, timelines are adhered to, and communication

remains seamless. This role demands exceptional coordination, communication,

and project management skills to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Translate client goals into actionable campaign strategies.

Coordinate with creative, influencer, and strategy teams to execute campaigns.

Manage briefing, scripting, and content delivery processes.

Act as the primary client contact post-onboarding, ensuring clear communication.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.

Track campaign progress, deliver final reports, and optimize workflows.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely delivery of campaign milestones.

High client satisfaction and repeat business.

Efficient internal team coordination.

Accurate and insightful performance reporting.

Exceptional campaign quality and creative output.

Qualifications

23 years of experience in client servicing or influencer marketing.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Proven project management and organizational abilities.

Solid understanding of influencer content and brand storytelling.

Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and meet deadlines.

Job Details

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Reporting To: Operations Head / Account Director
