Business Development Executive

Location: Sector 16, Noida

Experience: 0.6–3 Years (B2B Sales / EdTech / Education Domain Preferred)

company. Along with our core digital marketing services, we specialize in providing end-to-end

education and admission process solutions for students and institutions. We are expanding our

admissions-focused vertical and seeking passionate Business Development Executives to support

institutional partnerships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and approach colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and consultants for admission

partnerships.

● Support the BD Manager in onboarding and managing institutional clients.

● Pitch admission solutions and digital marketing services tailored to client needs.

● Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

● Maintain and update client data using CRM and lead management tools.

● Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.

● Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and closures.

● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth execution of

partnerships.

● Research market trends and competitor offerings in the EdTech and admissions sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

● 0.6–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / EdTech / Education domain

preferred.

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Good understanding of education/admission processes.

● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and email automation platforms (e.g.,Instantly.ai, HubSpot,etc.) is a plus.

● Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Soft Skills:

● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

● Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.

● Quick learner with a strategic and analytical approach.

● Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
