Job Title : Inside Sales Executive Industry : IT Location : Pune Experience : 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: ● Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients' accounts ● Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical contacts ● Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities ● Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts ● Ability to handle sales requests from clients on phone/ email/ On Site. ● Maintaining existing customers relationship management ● Helping new customers to pick the plan that works best for their business. ● Answering potential client questions and follow-up calls ● Helping to upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements ● Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
