Role Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Executive (AE) – International Sales to

support ThinkExam’s growth in the international markets. The ideal candidate will focus on

sales outreach, and account management, contributing to the company’s expansion in

international markets. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to build a

strong career in B2B SaaS & EdTech sales.


Key Responsibilities:


● Manage a portfolio of international clients.

● Act as the primary point of contact for customers.

● Assist with onboarding and training new clients.

● Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

● Track customer usage and engagement metrics.


Key Qualifications & Skills:


● Experience: 1-2 years in B2B sales, SaaS, EdTech, or international business development (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).

● Sales Acumen: Interest in consultative sales, lead generation, and relationship-building.

● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.

● Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Preferred:


● Experience in international markets (Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore, or Europe) is a plus.

● Understanding of online assessment solutions, AI proctoring, and EdTech SaaS.
