Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify and prioritize key residential communities in your area. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position our software effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in residential communities. Understand clients' needs and tailor product presentations to address specific requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our Residential Community Software. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the software. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and persuasive product presentations to potential clients. Address client concerns and objections, showcasing the value proposition of our software.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to secure successful deals. Close sales, ensuring client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
