The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving retail field sales for Tent Studio. The role focuses on market visits, lead generation, sales target achievement, customer coordination, and competitor tracking. The position requires a proactive and customer-centric individual who can execute the company’s sales process effectively and strengthen Tent Studio’s market presence.
· Graduate (preferred in Commerce/Management/Marketing).
· 1–3 years of field sales experience in Retail/B2B-B2C/FMCG/Consumer Durables/Home Appliances (Freshers with strong energy and communication skills may also apply).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi & English.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and data management.
· Must be comfortable with extensive market visits and fieldwork.
· Good knowledge of local markets (Bihar & Jharkhand).
