Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development / Sales Executive based in India. The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and identifying business opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and managing client accounts, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and contributing to overall business growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.


Qualifications

    Business Development and Lead Generation preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.

  • Experience in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet targets efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or related industries is a plus


Compensation & Benefits

  • - Salary:

    ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

  • - Target:

    Minimum ₹3,00,000 monthly sales

  • - Incentives: 5% on sales exceeding the monthly target of ₹3L
  • - Probation Period: 3 Months


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, inbound/outbound calls, social media, digital

platforms, networking, and referrals.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Handle inbound + outbound calls to engage prospects and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM software.
  • Conduct client follow-ups to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Be flexible to work before/after office hours if required.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent (preferred but not necessary).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year in sales (B2B/B2C environment preferred).

  • Languages: English (Fluent – Mandatory), Hindi (Good), Kannada (Optional).
  • Gender: Female only.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.


Tools & Applications Knowledge (Preferred)

  • CRM Software: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Communication Tools: WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook.
  • Office Tools: MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs.
  • Lead Generation Platforms: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, JustDial, IndiaMART, etc.
  • Call Management Tools: Cloud telephony/VoIP systems (MyOperator, Exotel, or similar).
  • Collaboration Tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom/Meet.
  • Reporting Tools: Excel dashboards, Google Data Studio (basic knowledge is a plus).


Work Schedule

- Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

- Working Days: Mon-Sat (Flexible, Including weekends, if required)

- Work Mode: Work from Office (In-Office Sales Role)
