Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, and telephonic outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients in the retail sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable POS solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all sales activities in CRM or other reporting tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in approaching new customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems (preferred).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in software sales or retail tech sales is a plus.

Compensation: 3 LPA + Field Travel Allowance + Incentives
