We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services with a focus on B2B sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new B2B clients for our IT solutions and services. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their IT needs, and positioning our services as the right solution. This role demands a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, consultative selling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities Prospect potential B2B clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and referrals. Conduct market research to identify decision-makers and industry trends in IT services. Lead Generation & Qualification Generate high-quality leads and effectively qualify them based on business potential and alignment with the company’s services. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and timely information on all leads, prospects, and customer interactions. Client Engagement & Consultative Selling Understand the technical and business challenges faced by prospects and position tailored IT solutions accordingly (e.g., software development, cloud services, managed IT, cybersecurity). Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to CXOs, IT managers, and other stakeholders. Sales Conversion & Account Growth Negotiate and close business deals in line with company pricing and service offerings. Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition. Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (pipeline value, closed deals, revenue). Track key metrics like sales cycle length, conversion rates, and client retention to optimize performance. Industry & Product Knowledge Stay informed about the latest trends in IT services and competitor offerings. Continuously enhance knowledge of the company’s service portfolio and differentiators. Collaboration & Reporting Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical, and account management to align strategies. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
