Location - MG Road, Bengaluru Interview Mode - Virtual / Walk-in Working Days - 6 Week Off - Sunday Shift - Day Age Limit - Max. 32 Salary: Fresher (MBA 2024 Pass out in Sales/Marketing) - 36k CTC Experience - Up to 50k CTC ( Based on interview and experience ) Qualifications: MBA fresher 2024 pass out in Sales/Marketing OR any Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in sales, preferably in online education, e-learning, or a related industry. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Persuasion and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Responsibilities: Engaging with potential students through various online communication channels such as email, phone calls, video conferencing, and online chat. Understand prospective students' learning objectives, challenges, and career aspirations. Present the features and benefits of relevant online courses in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting how they meet individual needs. Effectively handle inquiries and objections, providing accurate and detailed information about course content, schedules, pricing, and payment options. Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads to maximize conversion rates. Develop a deep understanding of our online course catalog, including learning outcomes, target audience, and unique selling propositions.
