Job Description

You will be a Business Development Executive joining our team in Navi Mumbai (Turbhe). Your role will involve driving business growth, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, engaging with clients, presenting IT service solutions, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to the management team. You are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of sales or business development experience in the IT industry. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Being self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team are key qualities we are looking for. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required.
