Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team in Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) as a Business Development Executive. Your role will involve driving business growth, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT services industry. Your passion for sales and ability to identify and convert business opportunities will be key in your success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. - Approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and meetings to present company services. - Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT service solutions. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. - Prepare and present proposals to potential clients. - Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies. - Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions. - Report on sales performance and provide feedback to the management team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
