Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, and online research.
  • Build a robust database of potential clients including builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct introductory meetings, product presentations, and brand positioning discussions.
  • Understand customer requirements and pass qualified leads to the sales/technical team.

3. Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects in the region.
  • Prepare and present market intelligence reports to management.
  • Identify high-potential segments for elevator sales and service contracts.

4. Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team with documentation, site data collection, and basic technical understanding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for preliminary technical assessments, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, presentations, and customer outreach activities.

5. Site Visits & Project Tracking

  • Visit ongoing and upcoming construction sites to identify elevator requirements.
  • Track tender notifications, project progress, and key decision-makers.
  • Provide timely updates on project status and sales funnel.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in CRM or internal tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in elevators, construction, real estate, or industrial products).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to interpret basic technical information related to elevator products.
  • Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Salary: ₹30000+ Incentives

Experience: 2+ years

Location: All kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
