About the role: Business Development Intern (Sales)

As a BDE Intern, you will be part of our top of the funnel sales team, learning and contributing to lead generation for residential plot sales. This internship program includes intensive training and real-world sales experience. You’ll be mentored by experienced Sales Directors and Business Development Executives to develop your skills. Successful interns (meeting targets and demonstrating strong communication) will be offered a full-time BDE role with growth incentives..

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Learn the Ropes: Attend product & CRM training, master call scripts, and participate in real-life mock sales calls.
  • Speak to Leads: Make daily outbound calls to interested buyers, introduce our project, and answer basic questions.
  • Qualify Prospects: Understand buyer needs, budgets, and preferences — and match them to our property offerings.
  • Drive Site Visits: Convert warm leads into qualified site visits, and coordinate visit logistics.
  • Follow Up Like a Pro: Stay in touch with leads, keep them engaged, and ensure timely CRM updates.
  • Grow Through Feedback: Be open to learning, improve with daily feedback, and work closely with your mentor to level up your pitch.

Learning Opportunities

  • Work under mentorship of sales pros during live site visits to observe and learn real time deal closure techniques.
  • Improve sales skills through continuous feedback focusing on persuasive pitching, negotiation skills and handling objections.

  • Gain real estate domain knowledge like basics of plot sales, understanding site layout, pricing, payment plans that will help build a foundation for a career in real estate sales.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Able to speak clearly, listen actively, and engage prospects confidently. This role demands strong English proficiency given our target customer base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Marketing preferred). Final-year students or recent graduates can apply.
  • No prior experience required. Any internship or project in sales/marketing is a plus. A passion for real estate and sales is essential.
  • High energy and self-motivated to make outbound calls in volume. Basic understanding of sales principles (like sales funnel) is helpful. Should be comfortable with MS Office and quickly learning CRM tools to log calls and updates.
  • Local familiarity with Noida/NCR is preferred but not mandated (to confidently talk about location advantages and also ease commuting to office). Willingness to travel locally if needed (e.g., to attend a site visit as an observer).
  • A positive attitude, resilience (to handle rejections on calls), and eagerness to learn are key.

Performance Criteria during Internship

  • Minimum 8 qualified site visits scheduled during the internship.
  • Quality of communication (measured via call recordings/Director’s feedback).
  • Attendance and proactiveness during training.
  • Teamwork and adherence to processes (CRM updates, reporting, etc.).
  • Top performers will be fast-tracked for a full-time BDE position with salary hike and higher responsibilities.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
  • Internship Stipend: Fixed monthly stipend during the 2-month program.
  • Full-Time Offer: High-performing interns will be offered a full-time BDE role.
  • Full-time salary along with performance-based incentives on successful site visits and conversions, applicable upon confirmation into the BDE role after successful completion of the internship and achievement of set targets during the internship.
  • Fast Growth Path: Top performers may be fast-tracked for promotions and higher incentives within a year of joining.
