Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a background in finance (MBA or M.Com) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads via cold calling and maintaining accurate MIS reports to support sales and financial planning.
• Perform outbound calls to potential clients based on provided data.
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Understand client needs and provide basic information on our financial products/services.
• Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM tools or Excel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to sales, lead generation, and financial metrics.
• Analyze trends from the data to provide actionable insights to the team.
• Update dashboards and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.
• Assist in financial modeling and reporting when required.

• MBA (Finance) Fresher or M.Com with strong financial understanding.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead databases is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
