Job Description

Membership Management:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records.

o To prepare a database of potential members (professional/organisation) with email and contact details.

o Process new memberships, renewals.

o Generate membership reports and analytics for management.

Communication and Mailers:

o Draft, prepare, and send mailers, newsletters, and updates to members.

o Coordinate communication campaigns related to membership, programs, and inform members about the various activities of the association through mail and follow up on their attendance.

o Maintain email/contact lists/website updates and ensure effective outreach.

Program and Webinar Support:

o Assist in planning and coordinating office events and meetings.

o Manage registrations, confirmations, and logistical support for events.

o Provide follow-up communication and feedback collection after programs.

Office Administrative Tasks:

o Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams as needed.

o Support daily office operations and handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time.
