Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute admission strategies to achieve enrolment targets in alignment with institutional goals
• Oversee the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to enrolment
• Counsel prospective students and parents, providing insights into academic programs, eligibility, and career prospects, with a focus on international admissions
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and international recruitment agencies to drive student applications
• Conduct information sessions, open houses, and campus tours to enhance engagement
• Work closely with marketing and outreach teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
• Utilize CRM and admission management systems to track applications and generate performance reports
• Stay updated on global education trends, visa policies, and international admission requirements
• Handle admission-related inquiries, grievances, and escalations, ensuring a positive applicant experience
• Lead and mentor a team of admission counsellors, providing training and performance oversight
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• 5–8 years in admissions or student recruitment
• Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa processes
• Excellent counselling, relationship-building, and organisational skills
