Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting lead generation, and managing accounts. The role will also involve engaging with potential clients through effective communication and identifying strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, client-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
