About the Role


Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Pitch services/products to potential clients and schedule meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align business strategies.
  • Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare weekly reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiation processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
