The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, delivering quality customer service, and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product and service information, and maintaining customer records.
