We are hiring Customer Service Experts for our Airline client.

Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram)

Job Requirement:

• Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination
• Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• GDS – Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage
• Ability to handle complex situations
• Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process requirements
• Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a BPO, will be helpful
