Position: Business Development Executive

Join Qualysec Technologies as a Business Development Executive focused on growing our client base and driving revenue for cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients and market segments for cybersecurity services.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competition.
• Design and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and accelerate sales growth.
• Build, manage, and nurture a sales pipeline through prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship development.
• Initiate and lead sales efforts, including cold calling and networking, to create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to propose customized solutions to clients’ needs.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on cybersecurity industry developments and report sales and market trends to management.
• Represent Qualysec at industry events and conferences to expand business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; experience in software or cybersecurity sales preferred.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts with clarity.
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
• Familiarity with lead management and CRM systems is a plus.
