Role & responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, email, and social media.
  • Pitch and present products/services effectively to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups, and sales tracking.
  • Draft proposals, quotations, and manage basic contract discussions.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Manage client relationships, handle objections, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Strong interest in lead generation, inside sales, and client management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and virtual meetings.
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
