Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle leads generated via marketing campaigns, website inquiries, email, or social media
  • Qualify leads through phone, email, or virtual meetings to understand requirements
  • Present and pitch company products/services effectively to potential clients
  • Maintain and update sheets with accurate lead information and follow-ups.
  • Nurture leads through regular engagement to convert them into sales.
  • Draft proposals, quotations, and handle basic contract discussions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
  • Understand sales processes and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Handle objections and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
  • Be self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
  • Demonstrate strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
