Responsibilities

• Devise strong business development strategies.
• Assist in creating and executing business development/sales (long-term & short-term) strategies for business growth.
• Build new clients by networking or other means of generating interest from potential clients; this role has to aggressively source and secure new accounts/business.
• Create project documents like feature lists, service agreements according to the client requirements, project execution plans, and business analysis reports.
• Work across different time zones and regions collaboratively.
• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with in-house and offshore/3rd party teams for estimation and technical assistance.
• Create new channel partners and business avenues.
• Assist in creating marketing campaign

Basic Policies

• Office timing: Post 06:00 PM
• 5 Days a week
• 24 Leaves Annually + 10 Festive Holidays + Birthday Leave.
