You’ll be responsible for on-ground SaaS sales , creating awareness about our software among potential users, and ensuring customer success & retention . This role demands energy, initiative, and a passion for solving real customer problems while driving adoption of our platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-Ground SaaS Sales Actively identify, approach, and convert potential businesses into paying customers. Give on-site product demos tailored to customer needs. Close deals in retail, service, or SME sectors through face-to-face engagement. Maintain and update sales reports and pipeline data regularly. 2. Software Awareness & Brand Visibility Conduct awareness drives, local events, workshops, or info sessions to educate potential users about the software. Develop field-level partnerships with local businesses, communities, and relevant industry groups. Distribute brochures, explain USPs, and position the product effectively. 3. Customer Relationship & Retention Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. Onboard, train, and regularly engage users to ensure adoption and satisfaction. Proactively resolve issues and provide ongoing support in coordination with internal teams. Track usage metrics, identify churn risks, and implement retention strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (SaaS, field sales, or customer success). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and [local language]. Tech-savvy with the ability to explain software products simply. Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork. Good to Have: Prior experience with CRM tools, SaaS platforms, or WhatsApp-based automation. Experience in the MSME, retail, or B2B segment.
