Business Development Executive


Job Location: Chennai

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Experience: 0 - 2 years


What you'll do:

  • Hunt for new leads - Prospect for potential clients using various channels - Cold calling, Cold Emailing, Building a network using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Build strong relationships - Connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Close deals - Negotiate contracts and bring in new business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service - Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team - Work closely with your Sales team to achieve sales goals.

  • Maintains relationships with the clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and solutions.
  • Preparing techno commercial documents for clients.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets as needed.
  • Maintains relationships with the clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and solutions.
  • Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
  • Assisting Management / Sales / Presales team as per requirement.
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
  • Prepare documents for tendering, study tender documents, qualification criteria, and scope of work, float RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and meet deadlines for the tenders.
