Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Nagercoil. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, networking, and developing proposals to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through local outreach, digital platforms, and global networking.
  • Approach local businesses, institutions, and international clients to promote Nim Technologies’ services (Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and business growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential sectors for business expansion.
  • Represent Nim Technologies at networking events, exhibitions, and virtual conferences when required.


Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong abilities in Account Management and Communication
  • Proficient in Business strategy and planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in business development or sales is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
