Job Description We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at NIM Technologies IT Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our IT solutions and digital services to drive company growth. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to develop customized proposals, understand client needs, and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, social media, events, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present and promote IT and digital services such as website development, digital marketing, SEO, and software solutions. Prepare detailed business proposals and follow up to ensure deal closures. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential clients. Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and business events for brand visibility. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Prior experience in IT service sales, client acquisition, or marketing (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and client-handling ability. Good understanding of digital marketing, web development, and IT solutions. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
