Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Officer to manage student interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless learning experience. You will be the first point of contact for students and play a key role in nurturing relationships that drive student satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person to address queries and provide guidance.
• Maintain records of student interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Assist in onboarding new students and guide them through courses and programs.
• Collaborate with the sales and training teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on student feedback, satisfaction levels, and recurring issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or student support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle multiple student interactions efficiently.
