Company : Vasundhara Diamondroof Ltd., Location: Jubilee hills, Hyderabad Experience Required: 2–3 years Employment Type : Full-Time Working Days : 6-day/week, Sundays off Objective of this Role: Collaborating with MIS/ Analytic Personnel and floor manager to drive consistency in team performance at retail sales officer (RSO) level by identifying the areas of intervention/assistance/help that individual RSO’s require to improve their performance. Drive Consistency Key Responsibilities: Design consumer engagement process for RSO & FM Ensure process adherence on daily basis Develop & publish performance dashboards (Gift Card, Digital Gold, Sales- Daily/QTD/MTD/YTD) Drive data enrichment - publish daily performance update on data filter rate. Drive dispersion analysis-based teams' consistency on data filter rate. Reconcile the sales and gift card values with cashier and analyze mode payment performance. Develop & publish dashboard on mode of payment Competition mapping on regular basis Key Deliverables: Customers: Identify family grouping for existing customer base Identify future jewelry buying occasions for these families Sales: Ensure 100% process adherence to drive to sales improvement. Actively engage with RSO/FMS/Cashiers to improve their consistency to achieve desired revenue goals. Ensure availability of accurate and updated performance updates on an ongoing basis. Team Management: Provide input / updates to the team member in the morning meeting Ensure the process is clearly understood by every team member. Collaborate with the team to improve their performance in real time rather than doing postmortem analysis. Develop SOPs to drive hygiene factors like punctuality, grooming standards and ensure 100% adhere to the same.
