As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offerings. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi will be essential in addressing any questions or issues customers may have and offering solutions based on their needs. Your proactive approach, polite demeanor, and friendly handling of clients will contribute to building strong relationships with them. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offerings. - Address questions or issues customers may have and offer solutions based on their needs. - Direct prospects and leads to the sales team. - Keep an updated customer database. - Strive towards meeting a sales quota. - Track and document calls and sales. - Update client records. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and listening skills in English and Hindi. - Passionate and goal-oriented. - Polite and friendly client handling. - Willingness to take initiative. - Go-Getter attitude and diligence in handling questions. - Mentally agile to provide solutions to clientele. Negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to obtain detailed customer information are also essential for this role.
