Business Development Executive- Night Shift

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, your role will involve: - Demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills in both English and Hindi. - Showing passion and commitment to achieving organizational goals while also focusing on personal growth. - Maintaining a polite and friendly approach when handling clients. - Taking initiative and being proactive in your approach. - Being a go-getter and handling client queries diligently. - Demonstrating mental agility to provide effective solutions to clients. - Reaching out to existing and potential customers to introduce our products and services. - Understanding customer needs and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Offering solutions tailored to clients" requirements. - Directing prospects and leads to the sales team. - Managing and updating the customer database regularly. - Working towards meeting sales quotas consistently. - Tracking and documenting calls and sales activities. - Updating client records accurately. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - Strong verbal communication skills on the phone with active listening abilities. - Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts. - Basic understanding of tele sales, inside sales, telemarketing, telecalling, loan processes, and credit card sales. - Convincing power and negotiation skills. - Time-management and organizational skills. - Interpersonal and presentation skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Ability to multitask and obtain detailed customer information to identify their needs. - Immediate availability for joining.
