Business Development Executive – EdTech / Robotics Sales 📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (On-site) 🕒 Experience: 2–3 years in EdTech or school sales 💼 Employment Type: Full-time About Michitech Michitech is a Japanese EdTech startup transforming how children engage with robotics and AI. We partner with schools to deliver hands-on STEM education, fostering curiosity and critical thinking in young learners. Role Summary We are hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in EdTech sales, robotics lab setups, or school partnerships . The ideal candidate is well-versed in B2B school outreach and should manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Key Responsibilities Pitch Michitech’s robotics and AI programs to schools and educational institutions. Identify and pursue new school leads; develop lasting relationships with principals and academic coordinators. Conduct school demos and presentations to stakeholders. Drive end to end B2B sales including proposals, pricing, negotiations, and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams for timely execution of signed projects. Report on pipeline progress and provide insights on market trends. Generate Leads To be able to make presentaions using canva and PPT ,excel , CRM Tools Required Qualifications Experience: 2–3 years in EdTech sales , school sales , or robotics/STEM lab sales . Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the education sector. Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Tools: Comfortable using canva ,PPT, Power BI and Mobility: Willing to travel for school meetings and demos across NCR as required.
