Business Development Executive




Role Overview


As a Business Development Executive, you will manage the complete business development cycle — from generating leads across multiple channels to nurturing them into qualified opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals. You will be the bridge between potential clients and our creative/strategy teams, ensuring prospects understand the value we bring and converting that into measurable business.




Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation:

     Identify and generate leads through digital platforms, networking, industry events, referrals, and other creative approaches.
  • Prospecting & Outreach:

     Initiate conversations with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and understand their business challenges.
  • Consultative Selling:

     Present agency services in a solution-oriented way, aligning with client needs and objectives.
  • Proposal Development:

     Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
  • Pipeline Management:

     Maintain and update CRM/lead tracking systems, ensuring accurate reporting of opportunities at every stage.
  • Relationship Building:

     Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

     Handle pricing discussions, resolve objections, and drive conversions from prospect to signed client.
  • Market Awareness:

     Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client sectors to identify new opportunities.




Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience

     in business development, sales, or client servicing (agency/creative/tech background preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal conversion.
  • Familiarity with proposal writing, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and digital lead generation platforms.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
