🕒 Experience: 2–4 Years

💼 Industry: IT Services – Software Development, Website & App Development, ERP, Digital Marketing

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other lead generation tools
• Promote and pitch software development, website & mobile app development, ERP solutions, and digital marketing services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing global clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams for project scoping and handover
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

✅ Requirements:

2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager – International Market

• Strong understanding of the IT services industry including custom software, mobile/web app development, ERP, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation tools
