* Manage and convert B2C leads into successful sales.
* Collaborate with sales and design teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
* Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure sustained business growth.
* Conduct client meetings, present design concepts, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
* Partner with design, pre-sales, and project teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
* Oversee proposal development, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively.
* Prepare and present sales reports, proposals, and performance updates to management.
* Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred) to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
* Provide strategic insights to enhance sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
* Bachelor’s degree required;
* 3–8 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in interior design, architecture, or real estate preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
