Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive/ Manager to help us grow our client base, build strategic relationships, and convert business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, understands B2B sales, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, LinkedIn, email outreach, and in-person meetings

· Pitch services & products to potential clients and convert qualified leads into active accounts

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

· Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions

· Research industry trends and competitor offerings to refine our positioning

· Maintain an organized pipeline and report progress regularly

What We’re Looking For:

· Prior experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition (freshers with high motivation may apply)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Confidence in client interactions and presentations

· Self-driven and target-oriented approach

· Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing is a plus
