Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, pipeline management, client relationship building, and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and market-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Own end-to-end lead generation, qualification, pipeline tracking, and deal progression to ensure a consistent and healthy sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted business partner by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into successful deals and achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and delivery to ensure smooth client handover and successful onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, proposal writing, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
