Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, responsible for generating new leads, converting them into paying customers, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mentality, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients within the HR, recruitment, and technology sectors. Develop and execute strategic outreach plans (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling) to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of LyteHire AI. Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategies, provide market feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline health. Provide regular reports on performance metrics and forecasting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology startup.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in HRTech
